Juju had lots if fun with his best buddies Nate and Sebastian at their daycare classmate Melanie's Birthday Party!

10/16/13 - Sports Day

Today is Sports Day at Julian's daycare! Kids should wear their favorite team or sports attire :) Of course Juju wore SF Giants outfit! 

But Juju was pretty grumpy when we were leaving home. He wanted to stay home with Buzz and Woody instead of going to daycare..... Even Juju's favorite rabbit cookies couldn't cheer him up .....

 

Juju was crying and saying "Buzz  Woodie....."

"No Mama! Get out!" that's Juju said...

But once Juju got into Mommy's car, he was fine. Juju sung Anpanman songs  and said "Mama, Chika, How ya going?" !! 

Juju was smiling and run into daycare! 

Juju gave Mommy a kiss and joined his friends to play!  No crying at daycare anymore!

10/8/13 - Juju didn't cry!

Dada texted Mommy a very good news this morning! 

"No cry at all today!"

Juju didn't cry at daycare when Dada dropped him off this morning!

Good job Juju! 

Thank you Dada for dropping him off at daycare every morning! It has been very hard for Dada and Mommy seeing or knowing Juju cries every morning at daycare.... especially for Dada leaving crying Juju there :(

Juju is making friends and having lots of fun at daycare! We are so proud of you, Juju :)

Juju at daycare (afternoon snack time) a couple week ago ... Juju was eating well ( cheese & crackers) and telling his friend "Sit down!" to come to sit next to him :)

9/6/13 - Julian at Daycare

金曜日は、ホットランチデーで申し込めば、保育園の給食が食べられます。ジュジュは、まだ決まったもんしか食べないので頼んだこと無かったけど、9月から挑戦！ 給食第1回目はピザ！

最近、ピザって言えるようになったジュジュは、(実際は、ピッパとしか言えませんが…) デイケアでのピザがたいへんお気に召したようで、ピッパ、ピッパと連発です。

Julian started having Friday's hot lunch at daycare from this month. As Juju is more getting used to daycare, he might be comfortable eating same food with other kids.... that Mommy thought. Today's menu was pizza! He finished his pizza and wanted more! that his teacher told Mommy :)

Mommy took a picture before Juju noticed Mommy was there. It was afternoon snack time :)

保育園だと、ちゃんとテーブルについて食べられるんじゃん!

Juju was well sitting at table, and quietly eating his snack with other kids. Good job, Juju!

カップの底のレイズン、なかなか取れません ：）

It's hard to get raisins from bottom of small cup :) 

9/3/13 - Julian didn't cry at Daycare!!

Mommy received very happy text message from Dada this morning!!

"No cry today!" = Juju didn't cry when Dada dropped him off at daycare this morning! This was Julian's 1st time "No Cry"  at daycare!! Juju said to Dada "Bye-bye Dada" without tears when Dada was leaving daycare !!!!! Good Job! Juju!!

Well, Juju was grumpy this morning (as usual) when he was leaving home with Dada. Mommy told Juju "Papa's gonna pick you up after nap! So, you will play with your friends, eat lunch, and take a nap at daycare! When you wake up, soon Papa will be there! Okay?"  Juju excitingly said "Papa!", and then he was ok to go to daycare. 

On a way to daycare, Dada has been telling Juju the same things with Mama, and reminded Juju that he's gonna have a lot of fun with his friends! 

Julian has been getting used to daycare environment little by little. Also, Julian getting better understanding what he is told. 

Anyway, Julian's no tears in this morning made Dada and Mommy really happy!! 

Thanks Juju for being so brave and patient in the new environment. We are very very proud of you!

 ジュジュは、今朝初めて泣かずに保育園でダダに「バイバイ、ダダ」出来ました。

やっぱり今朝も保育園行くのご機嫌斜めのジュジュでしたが、マミーの「パパが迎えに来るからね。お友達といっぱい遊んでお弁当食べてお昼寝したら、すぐパパが迎えにくるよ！」の言葉に励まされ、「パパ！」とちょっぴり元気がでたジュジュ。保育園へ行く車の中でも、お友達とたくさん遊べて楽しいよとダダに励まされ、なんとなく勇気が出たのかな?

6月17日の保育園デビューから2ヶ月半、毎日毎朝泣いて泣いて中々保育園に慣れなかったのに…わけが分からず不安で泣いていたのが、最近、ダダやママの言うことがよく理解できるようになってきました。保育園でお昼寝もできるようになったし、お弁当もちょっぴりだけどみんなと食べられるようになったし。お友達も出来てきたし、少しずつ確実に成長しているジュジュを、ダダもマミーも心から嬉しく頼もしく思います。よく頑張ったねジュジュ。明日も頑張ろうね。

6/17/13 - Julian's 1st Day at Daycare

Today was Julian's 1st day at daycare. Juju woke up early, and had breakfast with Mommy. Then, Dada took Juju to daycare with bunch of stuff ... lunch, sippy cup, blanket, pillow, his sock-monkey,  diapers, extra cloth & shoes, etc....

Juju cried little bit when he was leaving at home, but he didn't cry when Dada dropped him off at daycare! Yay! Good job, Juju!

But after Dada left, Julian was little sad . He was pointing at the door and saying "IKO (行こう) = Let's Go. Mama. Mama....IKO" for about 45 minutes..... But teachers said over all Julian did well at daycare today. He had a little bit of morning snack (graham crackers) and didn't cry too much except nap time that he didn't know what to do when other kids were going to sleep. But after a while with teacher's tapping his back, Juju fell asleep and slept well for an hour and half :)

Juju didn't eat at all at lunch time, but they offered again his lunch after nap, and he ate all mini rice-balls (4) and cucumber (he loves those) He only had  a bite of omelet, but didn't eat fried chicken nor strawberry nor apple.... I'm not sure how much he had a box of milk but it was gone :) And pretzels which Mommy put in lunch bag just in case if Juju didn't eat his lunch... were gone too! Juju did pretty well at eating too :)

Juju made a friend already! Who is teacher, Michael. Juju liked teacher Michael a lot! said other teachers, and teacher Michael said we are buddies  now! Overall Juju's 1st day at daycare was not so horrible, and seems he had some good time today! As a matter of fact, Juju didn't want to leave when Mommy came to pick him up.

By the way, Mommy got a bit shocked that Juju looked very dirty when she saw him at end of the day at daycare!! 

Σ（ﾟдﾟlll）He had never been that much dirty with Nanny :) LOL

今日はジュリアンの保育園デビューの日。ダディーが帰った後しばらくは、ドアを指差して、ママ、ママ、行こう行こうと頑張ったようです。その後は、お昼寝の時にちょっと泣いただけで、お気に入りの先生も出来て元気に遊んでいたようです。ダダとマミーは、とっても心配しましたが、お弁当もチョッピリ食べたし、なんとか無事1日目を乗り切ってくれました。

迎えに行った時には、顔も洋服も泥んこ!! 帰ろうっていうマミーにNO!! っていうくらいだから、楽しかったんでしょうね。 よかった。

9/20/11 - Julian's Last Day at Daycare

Today was Julian's last day at daycare. Julian will have a nanny from next Monday!

He enjoyed the daycare. He had many friends and wonderful teachers there. If Julian could speak, he would say "Thank you, I will miss you!" to everybody in the daycare.

9/13/11- Julian's at daycare
